TCACC
was founded for the purpose of preserving and promoting an awareness
of Thai arts, culture and customs. Through education and entertainment,
TCACC hopes to extend the knowledge of Thai culture first to younger
generations of Thais, and then to people of all nationalities and
languages. Please consider how you can contribute to this important
work.
Funding for
TCACC's programs and special events comes from public and private
grants and individual contributions. In 1996 TCACC was one of 24
arts groups in the state to receive a grant from the California
Arts Council Traditional Folk Arts Program. TCACC also received
support from the City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department,
the Royal Thai Consulate-General of LA, the Tourism Authority of
Thailand, the Lila-Wallace Reader's Digest Community Folklife Program,
the Fund for Folk Culture's California Folk Arts Regranting Program
in Partnership with the James Irvine Foundation, Thai Airways International
and the Thai Mass Media of LA.
Members of TCACC
volunteer their time and skills to organize and participate in TCACC
events. In return for their time, they learn more about Thai arts
and culture, have the opportunity to participate in cultural celebrations,
and receive free admission to all TCACC events.
If you would
like to volunteer your time or make a financial contribution to
the work of TCACC, please fill out the form or contact Vibul Wonprasat

is a non-profit organization. All contributions, for which all goods
